Made- to -Order
Our goal is to make sure your garment fits. If the measurements or design of the custom-made garment you ordered do not correspond with your order for reasons other than mentioned above, we will provide up to $50 worth of alterations credit. Milele Atelier also takes responsibility for the cost of return shipments under the condition that you return the custom-made product in all original packaging and returned with 7 business days. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to state the correct measurements in profiles.**
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Milele Atelier will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
Milele Atelier is not able to alter any order once garment(s) have been shipped. If you have any questions are concerns, please email.
Orders are typically shipped out within 7 business days. Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
