BRIDAL PARTY GARMENT CONTRACT


Congratulations on being apart of the beautiful union of tori and keegan! We are so excited for you! 

But first we must get some legal bits out of the way.  Please read through the contract below and then fill out the form. Hit {Submit} and you are good to go!

Thank you so much for purchasing your milele garment. we are sure you will be able to wear your garment in the future.


ORDER PROCESS

Due to the fact that your garment is made to order, payment is due at the time the dress is ordered.  A full non-refundable payment is encouraged. However we can split the payments in half for your convenience, in this case a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and the remainder must be paid upon notification of completion of your garment. Checks will not be accepted.  Once the order has been placed and all requested body measurements received, no changes to the garment can be made. if you anticipate any weight gain or weight loss, please email us.

SIZING & ALTERATIONS

We request specific measurements to ensure the best fit. Typically our clients do not need any alterations, however in the event such minor alterations are needed it is recommended to visit your local seamstress or cleaners. Client is responsible for all third party alteration fees.

 

 DELIVERY

Clients enjoy complimentary shipping. If you reside in the NYC/ NJ area, arrangements can be made to pick up your dress. Please contact us if this is an option for you.

 Once your garment is completed, you will be notified via email.  If you paid a deposit instead of in full, final payment is due 1 week after notification of completion. Please contact us, if more time is needed to satisfy the final payment.  

 RETURN POLICY

Due to the fact that our garments are made to order, there are no exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.  if merchandise is left unclaimed past the wedding date, the merchandise becomes property of Milele Atelier any deposits or payments are forfeited.

 MISCELLANEOUS

after cutting and sewing has begun,If the wedding or event is cancelled you are still responsible for full payment of your garment. If the Wedding is cancelled and we have not begun to cut and/or sew, client is only responsible for fabric/notion cost. This information can be found under the fabric swatch on your personal page.
